Before you click over to the sample article, take note of a few things:
On the top of the page is a "breadcrumb" navigation line (white letters on green background) that tell you where you are, so to speak, in the navigation of orthopaedia.
(It should say something like "Dashboard > Orthopaedia > Home > Sample article ")
You can always click on "Orthopaedia" to get to the main page with the Table of Content.
There are controls on the left side of the page to let you edit the page under Page Operations.
The particular sample page you are about to see was created with a template. If you are adding a new page yourself, you may want to see if there is a template that will help you. (It certainly will help the readers if the contributions were uniform)
