Indications for Meniscal repair:

Peripheral vertical tears   
Red-Red/White 1-4cm   
Improved healing with combined ACL recon   
Techniques:  Open, Outside-in, Inside-out    
All inside


Meniscal Repair Risks 
Medial: Saphenous N/V, Popliteal vessels   
Lateral: Peroneal N, Popliteal vessels
